2026 Primary Election Mailed Ballot Party Selection

This portal is available to voters requesting a mailed ballot who are not registered with a qualified party but would like to participate in the upcoming primary election by selecting their preferred party ballot. Only voters who are not registered with a qualified party should use this portal.

Voters registered with a Major Party must vote the ballot of their registered party
Voters registered with a Minor Qualified party may not participate in a Primary Election
Voters registered with No Party or with a non-qualified party may use this portal

Eligible voters include one of the following:

Permanent Absentee voters not registered with a Qualified Party

Federal Qualified Electors not registered with a Qualified Party

Voters registered in a precinct that is designated as Mail-Only and not registered with a Qualified Party
